Here at LC Ecohomes, we are happy to hear our clients say, that they want “something different”. Most of the home packages we supply, are custom designed, after all, no two sites are identical, and no two clients either. While we supply our homes with a Cedar clad finish, we are well aware that Brick or Masonry may be the preference, and this we can easily do to. Four key items will dictate the home design best suited for you :

• What do you want ? It may be sizes; rooms; features or how it ‘feels’
• What is your budget ?
• What are the site sizes; aspect; topography and key features.
• What the Planning Authority may require.
