New Bungalow home

We are delighted to show you this small preview, of a new home we are building in North Wales. This spacious two bedroomed bungalow, will be finished in Western Red Cedar, which in this instance, we are having Prestained to the clients colour choice. The external wall specification has also been upgraded to be more than TWICE as efficient as the building regulations require. Some of the other features include Vaulted Ceilings to the main Living area and Bedrooms; fully prefinished aluminium clad timber windows and Oak internal doors …. creating a very fine home. The home package was delivered in May, and actual erection started on the 26th of that month. At the moment, it is complete externally and inside the plasterboard is being fitted. Among it’s features is a MVHR system, which is currently also being installed. Our client commented :-
