We are delighted to confirm that an application for Detailed Planning Permission is shortly to be submitted to Denbighshire Council in North Wales, for two of these Custom homes.

This Planning application to Denbighshire, is based on our two bedroom ‘Spey’ design, and these homes are to be built for holiday letting, and will provide roomy, high quality accommodation in a rural setting.

Changes incorporated to the Spey to create this design, include making the plan marginally wider and longer; adding the entry porch/utility (ideal as it is great walking country) and adding Bifold doors to the the main Living area with French doors to the main Bedroom.
