New Timber Clad Beach Home, Near Aberdeen

We thought you may like to see this update of the project we supplied for a Beach House in the North East of Scotland, near Aberdeen. The client is organising the build, and despite periods of wind, snow, lots of rain and of course covid issues, the home has progressed well, with the external decking just being completed.

The external cladding is a Prestained Siberian Larch with the decking also using a Siberian Larch board, and stained to match. Complementing these, are the dark grey, ‘plastisol’ metal roof and alu clad timber window (which are also triple glazed).

When finished, the accommodation will offer two double bedrooms and large open plan living space.
