Strathyre Chalet

With some bits and pieces still to complete externally, we were awaiting the return of the groundworkers to install the external drainage and form hardstanding areas.
The client is doing a lot of the internal works themselves, and during this time have carried out the first fix electrics; installed the ground floor insulation, laid underfloor heating pipes and the finished floor screed; fitted a lot of the dwangs/noggins for the plasterboard, and fitted most of the internal multi-foil cloak which is in addition to the prefitted wall insulation. Even at this stage, put a little heat into the home, and it will hold on to it for a long time.
The custom home shown, has Siberian Larch cladding; profiled plastic coated metal roof sheets and fully finished timber windows with an outer aluminum cladding.
